The staff was helpful with city recommendations for activities.
The reception was quite unresponsive. I had to call multiple times to get an answer.. often I just had to walk downstairs. The spa only allows 30-minute sessions, a big inconvenience. Advance appointments are required, which limited our flexibility.

The breakfast was very good I enjoyed the free WiFi hotspot I could carry around town. Staff attentiveness was very nice Karen the mixologist at the rooftop is wonderful. She made the best cocktails and she was very helpful
The hotel was rated high and was on the more expensive end it seemed to not live up to this. The spa is nice but is only limited to 30 minutes per session I had to make an appointment in advance

My room was a good size. It was very clean. I received a small surprise each day upon my return, like sweets. The staff was always friendly and ready to help (i liked that a lot). Breakfast featured locally sourced food and included champagne.
The spa access is limited to 30 minutes per session. One has to book it in advance. This restriction made it difficult to fully enjoy the facilities.

Breakfast included an excellent selection of fruits and bakery products. Hot dishes were available to order. This eliminated lukewarm trays. The cheese and salami options were of high quality.

I found the staff accommodating. breakfast included many additional perks, the complimentary wine hour. The rooftop pool provided a perfect spot for relaxation. i genuinely valued this hotel and would recommend it to future guests. it was a amazing place!
the spa access was restricted, each session was limited to only 30 minutes, an appointment needed to be made beforehand. i found this limiting, it did cause some inconvenience.

the location was wonderful and the rooms quiet. King beds were VERY comfortable. daily spa water circuit access included in the room rate was A major plus after averaging many miles of walking each day. free bikes and free wifi were available for the day. rooftop bar and daily wine and cheese happy hour, were also available.
spa is nice BUT IS limited to 30 minutes per session and you have to make an appointment in advance.

my suite terrace featured modern design and a spacious layout, it included a king size bed with high thread count linens and blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep. A fully stocked mini bar and complimentary snacks were available. i enjoyed the large private terrace.
